At Gnut Jewelry, customer satisfaction is our priority.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be returned.
• Personalized or custom-made items are final sale.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
